Moscow Exchange trade volume grows 12% to 95.7 tln rbl in April

MOSCOW, May 5 (PRIME) -- The trade volume on the Moscow Exchange grew by 12% on the year to 95.7 trillion rubles in April, the trading floor said in a statement on Wednesday.

The stock market volume grew by 6.5% to 4.417 trillion rubles. Corporate, regional and state bond trading amounted to 2.031 trillion rubles after 2.044 trillion rubles in the same period of 2020.

The futures market sales rose by 32.6% to 13.8 trillion rubles. The foreign currency market sales rose by 15.8% to 33.7 trillion rubles.
